Dvodnevne radionice „Kružno je nužno“ u sklopu projekta CURIOST
U sklopu projekta CURIOST, 23. i 25. rujna 2025. godine organizirane su dvodnevne radionice „Kružno je nužno“ u Rijeci i Čakovcu. Radionice su vodili partneri iz STEP RI (Boris Golob i Vinka Mirtov) te Metalske jezgre (Kristina Moskalova i Mirjana Jurović).
Sudionici su uz vodstvo iskusnih mentora, kroz praktičan rad na primjerima stvarnih poduzeća, procijenili razinu uvođenja kružnog gospodarstva te zajednički izradili prijedloge za njegovu nadogradnju koristeći napredne i kreativne metodologije. Sve skupo okupilo se više od 20 stručnjaka iz raznih sektora te su kroz inspirativne prezentacije i timski rad razvijali održive modele poslovanja prema design thinking principima s naglaskom na učinkovitost, inovacije i veću konkurentnost.
Atmosfera suradnje, otvorena razmjena iskustava i konkretni alati koje su dobili sudionici značajno su doprinijeli njihovom daljnjem poslovnom razvoju.
Projekt CURIOST najavljuje nove prilike – uskoro slijedi webinar na kojem će svi zainteresirani moći sudjelovati kako bi usavršiti svoje poslovne modele, te doznali više o besplatnim edukacijama i nadolazećim događanjima.

As part of the CURIOST project, two-day workshops entitled ” Circular is Necessary ” were organized in Rijeka and Čakovec on September 23 and 25, 2025. The workshops were facilitated by partners from STEP RI (Boris Golob and Vinka Mirtov) as well as Metalska Centre Čakovec (Kristina Moskalova and Mirjana Jurović).
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, participants engaged in hands-on sessions using real business examples to evaluate the level of circular economy implementation and jointly develop proposals for its improvement through advanced and creative methodologies. Altogether, more than 20 experts from the mechanical, plastics, construction, and packaging sectors gathered and, through inspiring presentations and teamwork, developed sustainable business models based on design thinking principles, with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and enhanced market competitiveness.
The collaborative atmosphere, open exchange of experiences, and practical tools provided to participants significantly contributed to their further business development.
The CURIOST project announces new opportunities – a webinar will soon follow, offering all interested parties the chance to further refine their business models and learn more about free training sessions and upcoming events.

The CURIOST project commenced on June 1st, 2024, and its implementation will continue until November 30th, 2026. The total budget amounts to €1,897,700.00 with a co-financing rate of 80%. The total budget of Metal Centre Čakovec amounts to €137,060.00, out of which €109,648.00 is co-financed by the European Union
