3D SCANNING, PRECISION MEASUREMENT AND REVERSE ENGINEERING

We offer precision metrology services, accuracy up to 0.001 mm, and reverse engineering services.

Do you have a part that is worn, broken, or deformed? Through reverse engineering at MJČ, we scan, redesign, and 3D print your part from metal or plastic in the shortest possible time.

We use the ATOS 5 12M XL optical scanner, a 3D optical measurement system that uses blue LED light with the “Blue Light Equalizer” projection method for the highest level of quality results.

Measurement areas:
– 700 x 520 mm2
– 320 x 240 mm2

For reverse engineering, we use Zeiss Inspect software for management, control, and analysis in combination with Geomagic Desinx X reverse engineering software to obtain precise and accurate reverse results.
